ABC GYPSUM COMPOUND is a multi-purpose joint filler, made of high quality binders and selected non-toxic fillers. It is suitable for a wide range of weather exposed outdoor application areas such as roof eaves, exterior ceiling boards and concrete walls for non-structural filling, leveling and patching to achieve smooth and seamless walls and ceilings. This formulation is weather resistant, easy to use. It is less prone to cracks due to its thick application making it the perfect product to correct indoor and outdoor surface imperfections up to 3 mm before sanding. ABC GYPSUM COMPOUND is ideal for use on large application areas since it is cost-effective and budget-friendly. Gypsum Compound is an ABC Eco-friendly product, which have low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) levels bearing little or no adverse effects to the environment. TECHNICAL DATA

The surface must be structurally stable, level and dry. Make sure the surface is clean and free from contaminants such as dirt, dust, loose material, oils and chemicals.

APPLICATION GUIDE

1. Mixing

Gradually pour the powder into a non-absorptive mixing container (plastic pail or galvanized iron) filled with clean tap water. Stir mixture using a spatula and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir again to attain a creamy smooth consistency.

2. Application

Apply a layer of joint compound to cover the joint and its surrounding edges. Embed a gypsum tape on top of the joint compound and apply another layer once the tape dries. Sand the

For patching walls use light strokes to cover the holes. Allow each coat to dry completely. Smoothen the final coat by using sand paper prior to finishing.

3. Installation

Follow the paint manufacturer’s instruction regarding priming and application of customary or textured paint finishes.
